About the Therapist

I’m Zena, a counsellor based in Kent, offering a calm, steady space for adults navigating overwhelm, life transitions and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative and rooted in helping you feel genuinely heard. I believe therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical or intimidating — it can be a gentle place to pause, breathe and make sense of what’s been heavy.

I support people who are carrying a lot on the inside while trying to hold everything together on the outside. Together, we explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe, helping you untangle what’s difficult and reconnect with what feels possible again. I feel incredibly lucky to do this work. Every conversation is a reminder of how resilient people are, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside someone as they find clarity, confidence and steadiness within themselves.
