About the Therapist
Wahada Majid is a compassionate Integrative Therapist and Grief Counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting adults through grief, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, chronic illness and loss.
Her work is grounded in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and informed by a trauma-aware, relational approach that values safety, connection and personal growth.
Wahada has a particular passion for supporting people navigating bereavement and significant life changes. She believes healing can begin when people feel truly seen, heard and understood.
Together, you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, developing greater self-awareness, resilience and a sense of meaning around what you have experienced.
Her integrative approach means therapy can be adapted to your individual needs. Alongside Transactional Analysis, Wahada may draw on person-centred, mindfulness, somatic and grounding approaches where these feel helpful.
Wahada offers a warm, non-judgemental space where you can bring all parts of yourself and feel supported through life’s most difficult challenges.

What to Expect
Wahada offers a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can bring whatever you are carrying without feeling that you need to minimise, explain away or rush your experience.
Her work is particularly sensitive to grief, trauma and major life changes. Therapy can provide space to explore not only what has happened, but also how those experiences have affected your identity, relationships, emotions and sense of meaning.
Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy can help you understand patterns in the way you think, feel, relate and respond, including patterns that may have developed through earlier relationships and experiences.
Depending on what feels helpful, Wahada may also incorporate mindfulness, grounding and body-aware approaches to support emotional regulation and help you feel more settled when experiences become overwhelming.
Therapy can be short-term and focused around a particular difficulty or longer-term where deeper exploration feels useful.
Wahada’s aim is to help you feel genuinely seen and understood, while supporting you to develop greater self-awareness, resilience and meaning and to find a way forward at a pace that feels right for you.
