I am an integrative psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner, and couples counsellor working
online with adults across the UK. My work draws on integrative psychotherapy, EMDR,
CBT-informed practice, and couples therapy, allowing sessions to be adapted to your
individual needs, goals, and circumstances. I work with warmth, clarity, and compassion,
offering a supportive space where you can begin to understand difficult experiences and
move towards meaningful change.
Sessions are supportive, thoughtful, and tailored to your needs. We may work on processing
trauma, understanding relationship patterns, managing distress, or finding clearer ways to
cope with everyday life. I aim to provide a calm and non-judgemental space where therapy
feels safe, collaborative, and focused on what is most helpful for you.
