Sofia is a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Licensed MBACP Therapist with over 3 years of experience supporting adults and young people aged 13+ across clinical settings. She has a strong background in mental health, trauma-informed practice, and emotional wellbeing support, and currently works with a leading Kent organisation providing therapy to survivors of sexual violence, including work connected to an NHS Talking Therapies project.
Her approach is warm, thoughtful, and tailored to the individual. Sofia draws from psychodynamic, cognitive, existential, humanistic, and relational approaches, creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where clients can explore thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and patterns at a pace that feels right for them.
Sofia offers a compassionate and confidential space where you can explore troubling thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without judgment. Therapy with her is not about being told what to do, but about developing understanding, self-compassion, and confidence in making changes that feel meaningful and right for you.
Sessions are adapted to your unique circumstances, strengths, needs, and goals, whether you are working through recent difficulties, historic trauma, relationship challenges, or a deeper wish for personal growth and emotional clarity.
