About the Therapist

Sneha Anna Rajan is a qualified MBACP counsellor offering integrative online therapy. She has experience supporting clients through NHS occupational counselling, community talking therapies, LGBTQ+ counselling services, and private practice.

Sneha works collaboratively, drawing primarily on person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and psychodynamic understanding. Rather than applying the same method to everyone, she adapts the therapeutic process to each client’s concerns, goals, background, and preferred way of working.

She can support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, health anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, body image concerns, relationship difficulties, workplace conflict, communication problems, work-life imbalance, LGBTQ+ challenges, and wider emotional distress. Her experience conducting assessments and routine risk checks also supports safe, ethical, and safeguarding-aware practice.

What to Expect

Sneha offers a confidential and supportive online space where clients can speak openly about their experiences, relationships, emotions, and current difficulties. She understands that every client arrives with different needs, and therefore adapts the pace and structure of therapy to the person rather than following a rigid formula.

Sessions may combine person-centred exploration with CBT-informed coping strategies and psychodynamic reflection. This can help clients understand how past and present experiences may influence current emotions, relationships, self-worth, and behaviour.

Sneha can support concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, health anxiety, body image, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, communication problems, workplace conflict, work-life balance, LGBTQ+ challenges, and wider emotional distress.
