I am a highly experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years of clinical
experience across NHS and private settings. I work with children, young people, and adults,
supporting a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties including anxiety,
depression, trauma, and self-harm. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and
evidence-based, with a strong focus on helping clients build emotional resilience, develop
practical coping strategies, and move towards meaningful change.
Sessions are supportive, structured, and tailored to your needs. We will work together
to understand the difficulties you are facing, identify patterns that may be maintaining
distress, and build practical tools that support emotional wellbeing and recovery. Where
appropriate, therapy may also include consultation with families or professionals to help
create stronger support around the client.
