About the Therapist

I am a highly experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years of clinical
experience across NHS and private settings. I work with children, young people, and adults,
supporting a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties including anxiety,
depression, trauma, and self-harm. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and
evidence-based, with a strong focus on helping clients build emotional resilience, develop
practical coping strategies, and move towards meaningful change.
