What to Expect

Nina offers a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where clients can discuss emotional difficulties, mental health concerns, health-related experiences, and challenges in their everyday lives.

Her integrative approach allows therapy to be adapted to each client’s individual circumstances, personality, and goals. Sessions may involve exploring emotions, understanding patterns, developing greater self-awareness, and finding healthier ways to cope with anxiety, depression, stress, or difficult life experiences.

Nina has particular experience supporting people affected by severe pregnancy sickness and understands the emotional impact that nausea, vomiting, physical illness, disrupted routines, and uncertainty during pregnancy can have on wellbeing. She can also support broader anxiety, low mood and common life concerns.
