Jessica Steel is a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with 15 years of experience working within NHS Talking Therapies and private practice. She has supported a wide range of clients aged 16 and over, offering evidence-based therapy for depression, anxiety disorders, and related emotional difficulties.
Her approach is structured, collaborative, and grounded in high-quality CBT practice. Jessica brings extensive experience in assessment, formulation, treatment planning, and risk management, as well as leadership experience in supervision and clinical management. She has a particular interest in perinatal support and has also worked with autistic and adolescent clients.
