About the Therapist

I am a BACP-registered therapist with many years of experience supporting children,
young people, and families. My work has included counselling sessions, group work,
and parental support, with a strong focus on creating a safe, supportive, and trusting
space where young people can explore their feelings and experiences at their own pace.
Alongside my counselling work, I have also held senior management and supervision
responsibilities, which have strengthened my understanding of therapeutic practice,
safeguarding, and emotional support in a range of settings.

What to Expect

Sessions are designed to feel calm, supportive, and age-appropriate. I aim to help
clients feel safe enough to talk, reflect, and make sense of what they are experiencing.
Depending on need, support may involve one-to-one counselling, therapeutic group work,
or space for parents to explore how best to support their child. My approach is warm,
respectful, and focused on helping each person feel heard and understood.
