I am a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with many years of experience working
across NHS services, charity settings, and affiliate counselling services. My original
training is in Person-Centred Therapy, and over time I have also incorporated CBT tools
and Mindfulness into my practice. I offer a warm, supportive, and thoughtful therapeutic
space where clients can talk openly about what they are going through and begin to make
sense of difficult feelings, patterns, and life experiences.
Sessions are designed to feel calm, respectful, and supportive. I aim to offer a safe
space where you can explore what is troubling you at your own pace. Depending on your
needs, our work may focus on emotional support, greater self-understanding, coping tools,
or making sense of past and present experiences. Therapy is collaborative and shaped around
what feels most helpful and manageable for you.
