Jack Ramsey is an integrative counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling Practice and experience supporting clients across face-to-face, online, and telephone settings. He works in a person-centred and integrative way, combining empathy, reflection, and professional boundaries to create a safe, grounded, and non-judgemental therapeutic space.
Jack has experience supporting clients with a wide range of emotional difficulties and complex needs, including grief, cancer-related distress, LGBTQ+ support needs, suicidal ideation, self-harm awareness, autism, and learning difficulties. His approach is thoughtful, inclusive, and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on building trust and helping clients feel genuinely heard and supported.
Jack offers a compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can talk openly about what they are facing and feel supported in doing so. His work is grounded in building trust, listening carefully, and adapting therapy to the person in front of him rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Sessions may support people dealing with grief, cancer-related emotional challenges, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, identity issues, autism-related challenges, or broader emotional distress. His aim is to help clients feel understood, more emotionally supported, and better able to navigate their experiences with confidence and care.
