Elizabeth Lee is a BACP Registered counsellor and humanistic, trauma-informed therapist with over five years’ post-qualification experience supporting young people, adults, and families. Her work is grounded in warmth, safety, and non-judgement, with a strong focus on helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Elizabeth has particular experience working with young people aged 11–25, including support around anxiety, depression, bereavement, emotional regulation, identity exploration, neurodiversity-related challenges, grief, and family stress. She works in a person-centred and relational way, adapting sessions to the developmental and emotional needs of each client while maintaining a calm, supportive therapeutic space.
Elizabeth offers a warm, supportive, and confidential space where clients can explore difficult feelings and experiences at a pace that feels right for them. Her work is especially grounded in helping people feel safe enough to express themselves, make sense of what they are carrying, and build greater emotional resilience.
Sessions may support young people, adults, or families dealing with grief, anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, identity questions, or neurodiversity-related challenges. Her aim is to provide thoughtful, person-centred support that helps clients feel understood and better able to move forward.
