What to Expect

Deb offers a compassionate, client-led space where people can talk openly about grief, trauma, sudden loss, and other painful experiences without feeling pressured or judged. Her person-centred approach places the client’s emotional needs, pace, and perspective at the centre of therapy.

Sessions may provide space to process the impact of bereavement, explore difficult emotions, understand how loss has affected everyday life and relationships, and gradually develop ways of coping with painful experiences.

Deb can support young people, adults, families, and people affected by fatal road collisions. Depending on the client’s needs, therapy may be short-term and focused on a particular concern or continue for longer to allow deeper exploration of grief, trauma, and emotional recovery.
