What to Expect

Ashleigh offers a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore difficult emotions, past experiences, relationships, and current life circumstances. Her integrative approach means therapy can be adapted to the individual rather than being limited to one method.

Sessions may include person-centred exploration, psychodynamic reflection, practical CBT-informed strategies, behavioural techniques, or solution-focused work. Short-term therapy may focus on a particular concern or goal, while longer-term counselling can provide space to explore deeper or recurring emotional patterns.

Ashleigh can support adults affected by complex trauma, grief, bereavement, stress, workplace pressures, relationship difficulties, life changes, and wider emotional distress. Therapy is shaped collaboratively and reviewed throughout to ensure that it remains appropriate and meaningful.
