Select a time that works for you.
If you are unsure whether this therapist is the right fit, your first session can also be
a chance to explore what support would feel most helpful for you.
Hi, I’m Amber, and I’m really glad you’re here.
I’m an integrative therapist trained at the University of Edinburgh, and a registered member of the BACP. I work with adults and teenagers who are ready to explore who they are, what they need, and how they want to show up in their lives.
I believe that each of us has an incredible capacity for growth — and sometimes we just need the right space to unlock it. My approach is person-centred at its core, which means our work together is shaped entirely by you. Rather than a one size fits all approach. I draw on psychodynamic, attachment-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming perspectives when they’re helpful — but mostly, I want you to feel like this is a space where you can actually breathe.
Whether you’re navigating something specific or carrying a vague sense that something needs to shift, therapy can be the place where you start to reconnect with yourself and step into your full potential.
I know reaching out can feel scary, but you don’t have to have it all figured out before we begin. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.
Sessions are 50 minutes, led entirely by you. There’s no agenda you need to arrive with — just yourself. We’ll find our way in together.
What if I’m nervous?
That’s completely normal. You don’t need to know how to “do therapy” or have the right words ready. My job is to help you feel heard, not put on the spot.
Your first session
A chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what’s brought you here, and what you’re hoping might shift. No pressure to have it all figured out.
Ongoing work
Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly. Some people come for a few months, others stay longer. We’ll figure out what feels right as we go.
