If you are unsure whether this therapist is the right fit, your first session can also be
a chance to explore what support would feel most helpful for you.

About the Therapist

I am a BACP-registered integrative therapist working online with adults across the UK.
My approach combines Person-Centred Therapy with low-intensity CBT, allowing sessions
to be tailored to your individual needs, pace, and goals. I support clients with anxiety,
low mood, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, grief and loss, emotional
regulation, and boundary setting. My aim is to offer a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative
space where you can feel safe enough to explore what is going on and begin making sense
of the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

What to Expect

Sessions are designed to feel calm, respectful, and supportive. We will explore what is
troubling you, make sense of the emotional and relational patterns involved, and work
towards practical and meaningful change. Some sessions may focus on what is happening in
the present, while others may help you understand the deeper roots of how you respond,
cope, and relate. The work is collaborative and shaped around what feels most helpful for you.
