Nobhelu Zamxaka is a BABCP Accredited CBT Practitioner with a strong background in trauma-focused psychological therapy, NHS mental health services, and military mental health settings. She has worked across a wide range of services including IAPT, the Ministry of Defence, and a specialist perinatal trauma service, supporting adults with a broad range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
Her approach is evidence-based, structured, and compassionate. Nobhelu combines high-intensity CBT with trauma-focused interventions such as TF-CBT, EMDR, and CPT, while drawing on extensive experience in assessment, risk management, supervision, and multidisciplinary working. She offers a thoughtful and clinically grounded space where clients can feel supported in working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and other complex challenges.
