About the Therapist

Roberta Dutra is an NCPS Accredited and BACP Registered Counsellor who provides trauma-informed therapy for adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Her approach is integrative and tailored to each individual, drawing particularly on person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Roberta works collaboratively with clients to understand what they are experiencing, identify their goals, and develop therapeutic support that reflects their individual needs and circumstances.

Roberta has particular experience supporting trauma, anxiety, depression, bereavement, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, complex emotional difficulties, and significant life transitions.
