Claire Burgess is a Qualified Integrative Counsellor and Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). She offers a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients can feel safe enough to explore past or present situations, emotions, thoughts, and relationships at their own pace.
Claire works with individuals and couples and has experience supporting a wide variety of emotional needs, including grief, relationship difficulties, self-harm and suicide-related concerns, and child bereavement. Her practice is grounded in trust, openness, and keeping the client at the heart of therapy, with a thoughtful approach that aims to empower people to explore the best version of themselves.
Claire offers a calm, supportive, and respectful space where clients can talk openly about what they are facing without fear of judgment. Her work focuses on building trust and helping people feel emotionally safe enough to reflect, process, and move forward.
Sessions may support adults, couples, children, or young people dealing with grief, relationship challenges, emotional distress, or difficult life experiences. Her aim is to help clients feel heard, supported, and more able to understand themselves and their situation with clarity and compassion.
