About the Therapist

Lydia Chapman is an experienced trauma-informed counsellor and CYP therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults across mental health, sexual abuse, suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and school-based counselling services. Her work has included supporting clients facing trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, domestic abuse, anxiety, depression, bereavement, substance misuse, and complex family difficulties.
