About the Therapist

Nicole Ross is an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Clinical Case Manager with a strong background in trauma-informed practice. She currently works remotely delivering structured, evidence-based CBT to individuals experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, while also bringing extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, women, and families affected by trauma and domestic abuse.

Her work is grounded in CBT and informed by an integrative, trauma-aware approach that also draws on developmental psychology and attachment. Nicole has supported clients with anxiety, low mood, trauma, and emotional and behavioural difficulties, and is skilled in tailoring therapy to each person’s needs, experiences, and stage of development.
