Tina Chauhan is a qualified and BACP-registered counsellor with extensive experience providing therapeutic support to adults, couples, children, young people, and families across private practice, Employee Assistance Programmes, schools, charities, and healthcare settings. She offers counselling online, by telephone, and face to face, supporting clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns.
Tina has particular experience supporting neurodivergent adults, adolescents, and children, including individuals with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD traits. Her work also includes relationship counselling, workplace wellbeing, family support, and counselling for trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, bereavement, and life transitions.
