A quiet place to pause and feel more grounded

If things feel heavy right now, take a moment here. You do not need to solve everything at once. This space is here to help you slow down, breathe, and take one gentle step at a time.

Gentle Support

Some calming reminders

You do not have to solve everything right now.

One slow breath is enough to begin.

It is okay to pause and take things moment by moment.

You are allowed to be gentle with yourself today.

What I Can Do Right Now

Small steps that may help in this moment

Take 5 slow breaths

Let your breathing slow down naturally. There is no need to force it.

Drink some water

A small physical reset can help bring you back into the present.

Move to a quieter space

Reduce noise, pressure, or stimulation if you can.

Put both feet on the floor

Notice the ground beneath you and the support it gives your body.

Message someone you trust

You do not have to carry everything alone.

Write down what you are feeling

Even one or two sentences can help reduce the sense of overwhelm.

When You Feel Ready

You can also explore support

If you would like to speak with a therapist, Wintermind can help you find support that feels right for you.

If you feel unsafe or at immediate risk

Please contact emergency services or a local crisis support service straight away. If you are in the UK and need urgent help for your mental health, you can also contact NHS urgent mental health support through local services or call emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
