About the Therapist

I am a Chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience working across
private, corporate, and NHS mental health services. I have been practising as a Clinical
Psychologist since 2012 and provide compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based psychological
care for adults, adolescents, and older adults. My work is grounded in the bio-psycho-social
model, meaning I consider not only symptoms, but also personal history, lifestyle,
relationships, and emotional wellbeing when supporting clients.
